Overview of MVR evaporator
MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recovery) is a new type of evaporator that compresses the secondary steam generated by the evaporator before reusing it. Simply start the car and heat the material to the evaporation temperature to evaporate. During normal operation, there is basically no need for external energy, making it a new energy saving technology in the field of evaporation and concentration. As early as the 1960s, Germany and France began to apply this technology to industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, papermaking, sewage treatment, and seawater desalination.
This MVR evaporator uses steam or electric heating devices for start-up heating; PLC automatic control; Always start and stop at any time, with a high degree of automation.
